SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
We ship in Europe using traceable, international courier services, and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within five business days, please contact info@adelinabernard.com.
Please note:
- Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the listed price.
- We offer free standard delivery on orders over €300 within France.
- We do not ship on weekends or French public holidays.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery period begins once your payment is confirmed. Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday.
Estimated delivery times:
- France (standard): 2–4 business days
- France (express): 1-2 business days
- Europe: 2–8 business days
Most orders leave our warehouse in France within 2 business days. During peak moments - such as collection launches or sale periods - dispatch may take up to 7 days. Once shipped, you will receive instructions to track and collect your parcel.
Please note that these timeframes are guidelines only and may be affected by payment authorisation or customs procedures.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE THE EU
For deliveries beyond the European Union, duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These costs are determined by your local customs authority and are not covered by Adelina Bernard. We recommend contacting your customs office for precise information before placing your order.
If an order is refused due to unexpected duties or taxes, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping costs, as well as any additional fees, from your refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If a piece does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for the same item in another size. Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order, in their original, unused condition and packaging, with all tags attached and a copy of the invoice enclosed. Please note sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
For apparel, please take care when trying on items — avoid contact with deodorant, makeup, perfume, or jewellery that could damage the fabric.

All return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the sender, both in France and internationally.
RETURN PROGRESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@adelinabernard.com with your request. Once your return is received and passes our quality check, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take up to 5 business days after approval, with additional time depending on your financial institution.
